Join Aspen Valley Hospital and HomeCare and Hospice of the Valley for “Let’s Talk Life,” an important and engaging evening prepared to help you take control of your end-of-life care, gain access to the resources and tools you’ll need to make informed choices, prevent confusion and lift the burden of tough decision-making for loved ones.
The hour long program includes guest speakers and subject matter experts on the topics of:
