Childbirth Education

Out of an abundance of caution, and in order to protect staff, patients and our expecting families, Aspen Valley Hospital is limiting some services to locations, to help limit potential exposure to novel coronavirus, COVID-19. In an effort to maintain Aspen Valley Hospital’s operational status, there are changes to our Childbirth Education Class offerings and Registrations.

We are pleased to announce we have resumed some live class offerings, in a very safe way. This includes limiting class sizes, using spaces that allow for 6 feet of physical distancing, and requiring all participants to wear masks. Please call the Aspen Birth Center 970-544-1130 to register for the most current offerings.

ZOOM classes will continue to be an option, live and interactive.

Unfortunately, we have temporarily suspended all tours and Navigations until further notice.
Soon to come! Video Tour of the Aspen Birth Center

Thank you for your understanding!

It takes strength to listen to and trust our bodies, to welcome labor, to give ourselves over to the task of birth. It is a strength that all women have, although we may not realize it is within us. Birth has a lot to do with courage, and it is good to feel ourselves being courageous – to open ourselves to birth and embrace this singular life experience.
