It takes strength to listen to and trust our bodies, to welcome labor, to give ourselves over to the task of birth. It is a strength that all women have, although we may not realize it is within us. Birth has a lot to do with courage, and it is good to feel ourselves being courageous – to open ourselves to birth and embrace this singular life experience.

Childbirth Preparation Series
A series of classes covering labor, delivery, relaxation, postpartum, and newborn care.

Making the Best of Your C-Section
This one-night class discusses medical interventions and anesthesia as you prepare for your Cesarean delivery, as well as post-operative care. Be prepared, be knowledgeable, and be ready to enjoy your baby as soon as he/she arrives!

Express Childbirth Preparation Class
For busy parents or parents who simply need a refresher.

The Art of Breastfeeding
A certified lactation counselor helps you prepare for and master the art of breastfeeding.

Friends and Family CPR
Learn infant, child, and adult CPR from a certified instructor. It’s great for grandparents and care providers, too.

V.I.P. Sibling Class
For children ages 2 – 8 and their expectant parents. Includes a tour of the hospital, role play, safety topics, story time, snack, and a T-shirt.

Successful Parenting
Presents the five fundamentals of good parenting from early bonding, parenting challenges, creating safe environments, and “how to’s” for basic first aid.
