Childbirth Preparation Series
This is a three-week series of classes covering labor, delivery, relaxation, anesthesia, C-section, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care.
Express Childbirth Preparation Class
This is a one day class version of our Childbirth Preparation Class for busy parent, those who prefer weekend classes, or parents who simply need a refresher. This one day class covers all of the same content as our three-week series.
Our team has put together a resource library of helpful handouts, which may be referred to during our Childbirth Education class(es). They are also available as references for families seeking more information about these important topics!
